1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using kall.au ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
kall.au provides an AI-powered voice assistant service that:
- Answers incoming phone calls using artificial intelligence
- Qualifies leads and captures customer information
- Books appointments and manages calendars
- Integrates with third-party business tools
- Provides analytics and reporting
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Fees: Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.

5.3 Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no refund for the current billing period.
5.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by kall.au and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily interrupt service. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the Service
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
